Plans have been approved for this 52-acre development, aiming to turn the location at Junction 52 of the A1M into an industrial hub, attracting businesses from across the UK to drive local investment and employment.
We were commissioned by Eshton Group to prepare a landscape strategy and a LVIA for the planning application.
